ASUS Tablet 600 and 810: first ASUS tablets transformers based on Windows 8

Till now, Computex 2012 remained quite interesting. We have seen many new laptops, ultrabook and Tablets. If we talk about ASUS in Computex 2012 then we will find, ASUS has excelled at Computex 2012 with a very interesting products, a couple of which will be discussed in this news. Tablet 600 and Tablet 810 became the first tablet from the Taiwanese manufacturer, working on a Windows 8. Moreover, they are made in the corporate style like ASUS Transformer.

These two tablets Asus Tablet 600 and 810 are different with their new hardware platform, and seriously affecting software component. Tablet 600 is based on the NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and chipset, but unlike the Android-analogue it is equipped with 2 GB of RAM as the OS supports ARM-tailored Windows RT.

ASUS Tablet 600 and 810If we talk about Tablet 810, it is powered with a processor Intel Medfield, plus the same 2 GB of RAM. In this case, a full-x86-version of Windows 8 is the platform of this tab. Its display configuration is also quite interesting, its display measuring diagonally 11.6 inches and it can supports a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, moreover which contains a matrix of IPS +. In ARM-model Tablet 600 uses a similar technique, but the diagonal of the display is less than 11.6 inches, it is consists of 10.1 inches display. Other features about 600 Tablet includes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, gyroscope, electronic compass, GPS-receiver, 2-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel back with a flash.

According to Engadget, the Tablet 810 also has a built-in digitizer, and will come with bundled stylus. The devices shown at Computex 2012, with Windows 8 on the board, the release date and price of these devices have not been announced officially but soon we can see these tablets in the market.
