HTC Desire C

Few days before one of the smartphone of HTC was in many rumours, this smartphone is HTC Desire C which is officially revealed on 15th of May 2012. This smartphone is a basic performing ICS android running smartphone. The specs of HTC Desire C are not high end as other smartphone but it would be a great option for them who are looking for a standard ICS running smartphone at low prices.

HTC Desire C – what’s inside?

If we talk about the hardware specs of HTC Desire C then we will find it is powered with a single core processor which can clock at 600MHz. This clocking frequency is not considered as high end if we talk about the performance. Because it can only offers basic performance but a flawless and smooth performance. Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is present n Desire C. This smartphone will come with 4GB of on-board storage memory and 512MB of physical memory. Furthermore, it will also be carrying an inbuilt microSD card slot which can accept a memory card of memory up to 32GB. This smartphone will be running on latest software Android OS, v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) which is one of the best parts about this Desire C.

107.2 x 60.6 x 12.3 mm is the dimensions of HTC Desire C and with these dimensions it is looking pretty good. These dimensions are comparable to other existing smartphone of similar range to HTC Desire C. This phone is one of the lightest smartphone as it just weighs 100 g. This desire C smartphone is featuring a capacitive touchscreen display measuring 3.5 inches and supporting the standard 320 x 480 pixels display resolution, 16M colors and moreover it will come with latest HTC Sense UI v4.0.

The camera configuration of HTC Desire C is not much disappointing as it is featuring a pretty good resolution 5MP sensor as its rear facing camera. Obviously HTC has not provided a secondary or front facing camera in this phone for maintaining its price range. HTC Desire C is featuring standard Li-Ion battery of 1230 mAh which would be supporting a longer battery life. GPS connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with hotspot and a standard microUSB v2.0 is also present in HTC Desire C. This smartphone is a 3G smartphone and it would be supporting GSM (2G) and HSDPA (3G) networks spectrum. It was all about upcoming ICS running smartphone HTC Desire C.
